Pedicia rivosa
Length: 27 to 30 mm; Wing Length: 20 to 24 mm. Pedicia rivosa is a conspicuous species of hairy-eyed cranefly with unique brown wing markings which make it one of the easier species to identify.
Wet and marshy areas.
April to September.
Widespread in suitable areas of Britain.
Local, but not uncommon in Leicestershire and Rutland.
