Callaspidia defonscolombei
See these notes from Phil Booker's YouTube post in 2024: " . . . .Callaspidia defonscolombei is almost entirely black with a slightly curved thorax and distinctive scutellum (a shieldlike bony plate or scale, as on the thorax) the base of which is reddish as are the antennae and lower legs in the right light. The abdomen attaches to the thorax at the base."
